Navigating recruitment within the armed forces presents a significant challenge in today's competitive landscape. As part of my collaboration with the Royal Navy, I delved into analyzing trends and understanding the preferences of younger recruits in the Gen Z demographic. Leveraging a combination of television commercial footage and self-shot content, I meticulously crafted engaging visual effects that seamlessly integrated with the brand identity while resonating with our target audience.
The results were truly remarkable, with each quarter witnessing a notable uptick in both advertisement engagement and conversion rates. This achievement underscores the effectiveness of our approach in capturing the attention and interest of prospective recruits, ultimately contributing to the Royal Navy's recruitment goals.

The Body Shops monthly & reactive socials
In collaboration with influencers and utilising a mix of supplied and self-shot footage, my role with The Body Shop was to transform identified trends or popular products into visually arresting content. 
This often involved incorporating product stills and animating them to enhance value and captivate interest. The projects demanded rapid turnaround times, with content tailored to different lengths and ratios for a diverse array of social channels. The objective was to consistently create thumb-stopping work that offered fresh perspectives and sparked intrigue among viewers.
ZenB reactive awareness posts
These social media posts were crafted to captivate attention amidst a sea of scrolling content. Zenb aimed to penetrate the European market and showcase their distinctive zero-waste approach to product manufacturing. Despite often starting with minimal reference material, primarily flat pack shots, considerable effort was invested in breathing life into the brand.
Navigating the absence of rigid brand guidelines posed a unique challenge, requiring us to establish our own consistency and develop brand rules tailored to our work. Maintaining coherence while infusing creativity became integral to effectively representing Zenb's ethos and values across various platforms.
